A) AutoShip & Save is the easiest way to receive your Life Extension® supplements—at the best price. When you sign up, your supplements will automatically be shipped to you at a frequency and date of your choosing. You’ll never have to worry again about running out of supplements, spending time reordering or waiting for a sale to get a discount.
A) Setting up AutoShip & Save is easy. You can either call toll-free 1-800-544-4440, or you can place an AutoShip order from any product page.

A) You’ll save money and time, and you’ll always have the supplements you need to achieve your health goals! Other advantages of AutoShip & Save include:

Free Shipping — Every AutoShip & Save order receives free standard shipping to any address in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii—no matter how small or large the order. Some other restrictions may apply.

Low prices, guaranteed — The lowest available multi-bottle discount price applies to all AutoShip & Save orders, even though you only need to order one bottle. If the product is on sale, you’ll get that sale price.

Newest Formulations — We regularly improve our innovative formulas, as science evolves and new research is published. If we reformulate a product that you have chosen to receive via AutoShip & Save, you'll automatically receive our latest formula. If you'd prefer not to receive the newest version of a supplement, just call us or remove the item from your AutoShip & Save profile.

A) With AutoShip & Save, you can customize your deliveries to fit your needs using our intuitive AutoShip & Save Profile Manager. Add or delete products from your profile, change your delivery address, payment information, and more.

All of your AutoShip & Save deliveries must ship out on the same date of the month, and you can easily specify the date most convenient for you through the AutoShip & Save Profile Manager.

It’s easy to pick the day and frequency that’s most convenient through the AutoShip & Save Profile Manager. You can even stagger the frequency of certain products in your AutoShip & Save order, based on when you'll need your next refill. Just specify which products you want shipped to you every month, every two months, six months, etc. For example, you can have a supplement that has a 30-day supply in each bottle ship each month, and a supplement that has a 60-day supply in each bottle ship every other month, and so on.

A) You can delete, modify, or add any item online by accessing your AutoShip & Save Profile Manager, or calling us at 1-800-544-4440. If the product has shipped and you realize you don’t need it or want it, Life Extension® also offers a complete money back guarantee for any product within 12 months of the purchase date. Just return the product to us, and we will credit your account or replace it—whichever you prefer!
A) Absolutely. Suspending shipments is easy—you can call us at 1-800-544-4440 or log in to the AutoShip & Save Profile Manager to reschedule or cancel your upcoming orders. When you're ready for your deliveries to resume, simply select AutoShip & Save for the products you want shipped. Or, if you know when you'll be returning, simply push out your next scheduled ship-out date to coincide with your schedule.
A) Yes. With AutoShip & Save, you can have multiple ship-to addresses registered in your AutoShip & Save Profile Manager. Adding, deleting and selecting ship-to addresses is easy—as long as they're within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). Every AutoShip & Save order receives free standard shipping.
A) AutoShip & Save is a 100% FREE service provided by Life Extension to our valued customers. Every AutoShip & Save delivery receives free standard shipping within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). Additional shipping charges will apply for shipments outside of the United States, or if you upgrade to expedited shipping. You can choose or change your preferred shipping method (free standard shipping or expedited shipping for an additional charge) through the AutoShip & Save Profile Manager or by calling us at 1-800-544-4440.

A) Yes. One of the benefits of AutoShip & Save is that you automatically receive the lowest available price for all items which you have selected within the AutoShip & Save Profile Manager. For example, if one of the items you have selected for AutoShip & Save happens to be on sale at the time it ships, you'll receive that sale price. If it’s not on sale, you’ll still save money! That’s because all products you have selected for AutoShip & Save will be priced according to the multi-bottle discounted price, even though you only need to order one bottle for each shipment.

A) At Life Extension, we constantly improve our innovative formulations. If a product you have selected for delivery in your AutoShip & Save Profile Manager is reformulated, you'll automatically get the latest version. If you do not wish to receive the latest version, you will need to call us at 1-800-544-4440.

A) We will keep your credit card(s) on file and charge it each time your AutoShip & Save order is processed. You can change your payment information any time by logging into the AutoShip & Save Profile Manager. If any issues arise and we cannot charge your credit card, we'll do our best to contact you regarding payment for your order. Life Extension does not accept cash or COD for AutoShip & Save orders.

A) Your credit card is only charged for the items that we ship to you. If you have more than one product selected for AutoShip & Save delivery, but one of them is out of stock, you will receive all of the items that are available to ship on schedule.

When the out-of-stock item becomes available, you will be charged for only that item at that time, and your product will be shipped to you at no additional shipping costs, as long as it is within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii).

You will NOT have to wait for your next scheduled monthly ship-out date to receive products that were not in stock at the time your AutoShip & Save order was shipped.

A)Certainly. So be sure to provide us with an email address when you're setting up your AutoShip & Save. But even if you don't have an email address, don't worry—your order will still process and ship on your specified monthly ship-out date.
A) Yes. However, wholesalers are NOT eligible for additional pricing discounts, and shipping for wholesalers is restricted to the contiguous U.S. Wholesaler shipping charges will apply.

To enroll in AutoShip & Save, you must pay with a credit card, which we will keep on file for subsequent orders. You will always receive the lowest available multi-bottle discount price at the time your order is processed. And you will automatically receive the upgraded formulation of a product, unless you call us to specify otherwise.

*All AutoShip & Save orders receive FREE standard shipping within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping for Wholesalers is restricted to the contiguous U.S. only. Additional charges may apply for ship-to addresses outside the United States, or if you select expedited shipping.

Ship out date indicates the date that your AutoShip & Save delivery will leave our warehouse. Actual arrival dates of your AutoShip & Save order may vary. AutoShip & Save services are limited to 1 delivery per ship-to address per month.
